Jet Coffee (branded Radar Jet Coffee) is a full-stack coffee cart discovery and mobile ordering platform built for Jayapura, Indonesia. It brings a fleet of roaming coffee carts online, letting customers spot the nearest cart on a live map, place orders ahead, and letting sellers run their day-to-day operations from a single dashboard. The product ships as native iOS and Android apps for customers plus a Next.js web backend for sellers and managers.
Live Cart Discovery
The core "radar" experience shows customers the real-time location of nearby carts on an interactive map, so they can find the closest cup of coffee and follow a cart as it moves through the city. Live location tracking keeps the map fresh as carts relocate throughout the day.
Ordering & Payments
Customers browse each cart's menu, customize items, and place mobile orders directly from the app for pickup, with order status flowing back in real time. The experience is designed to feel fast and native across both platforms.
Seller & Fleet Dashboard
A web-based backend empowers sellers and managers to track live cart locations, monitor sales analytics, process transactions, manage menus, and streamline daily fleet operations — turning an informal cart network into a coordinated, data-driven business.
Tech Stack
Built with React Native for the cross-platform mobile apps and Next.js for the web dashboard, delivering a seamless, native-feeling experience shipped to both the App Store and Google Play.
